Cancellation Policy

  • By User: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours without penalty (excluding bank charges). Contact customer support with your order number. Email us at admin@amyurfoods.com
    • If the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
    • The decision of www.vamukh.com on cancellations is final.
  • Gift Cards: Non-cancellable. Expiry date extension requests can be made within 3 days of purchase.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or other reasons. 100% payment will be refunded.
  • User Mistakes: If delivery issues arise from incorrect user details, any extra re-delivery costs will be charged to the user.

Replacement/Return Policy

  • Non-returnable: Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to FSSAI regulations.
  • Replacement Criteria:
    • Damaged during transit
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Wrong item delivered
  • Process: Request a replacement by emailing your order number and reason. Do not send items back without our confirmation. We will arrange the replacement.

Refund Policy

  • Process : The customer has to raise a request for refund through an email to admin@amyurfoods.com. We will evaluate the feasibility of the request and may acknowledge the same through email
  • Timeline for Refund : In case if your refund request meets our eligibility criteria, the refund shall be processed and credited into customer's bank account within 5-7 working days
  • Goods Unavailability or Service Problem :
    • If the item for replacement is unavailable, alternatives will be offered, but the customer's choice is final.
    • Refunds are given if we cannot ship the product on time or if the product is unavailable.
    • 100% refund if the delivery address is outside the service area

International Shipping & Return Policy

  • Import Fees: Recipient is responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees.
  • Customs Handling: We may designate a courier or freight forwarder to handle customs on your behalf. Import duties may be collected by the courier.
  • Limitations: Manufacturer warranties and service options may not apply internationally. Products may not meet local standards or be labelled in the local language.
  • Privacy: Cross-border shipments are subject to customs inspection. Information may be shared with customs and postal authorities for clearance.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Responsibility: Ensure the product can be imported into the destination country. The recipient must comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Additional Charges: Customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Delays due to customs clearance are possible.
